Over 700 delegates, representing 10,000 young entrepreneur members nationwide, gathered in Hanoi for the 6th Congress of the Vietnamese Young Entrepreneurs Association for the 2018-2021 term. The event took place over two days, from August 27-28.
The Congress was honored by the presence of several high-ranking officials, including:
- Mr. Truong Hoa Binh, Politburo Member and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister.
- Mr. Hoang Binh Quan, Member of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Central Commission for External Relations.
- Leaders from various central ministries and agencies.
- Mr. Le Quoc Phong, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Youth Federation.

The 6th National Congress of the Vietnamese Young Entrepreneurs Association (VYEA) for the 2018-2021 term concluded with the election of Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Vice Chairman of TTC Group, as its new Chairman. The Central Committee of the 6th VYEA comprises 113 members, including Mr. Vu Manh Hung, Chairman and CEO of Hung Nhon Group.
After 25 years of formation and development, the VYEA has emerged as one of Vietnam's leading business associations. It boasts the fastest growth in membership and network, alongside dynamic and pioneering activities across various sectors of the Vietnamese economy. Speaking at the Congress, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh highly praised the VYEA's activities. He particularly highlighted its strong growth in both quantity and quality, which has contributed to shaping a new generation of dynamic, creative entrepreneurs who are proactive in integration, creating high-quality products, reputable brands, generating numerous jobs, and contributing significantly to the nation's economic development.
