On the morning of June 23, 2026 (GMT+2, Netherlands time), within the framework of the Tay Ninh Investment Promotion Conference in the Netherlands, Hung Nhon Group and De Heus signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Green Transition Cooperation Program toward Net Zero 2050 for the 2026–2036 period.

- Ông Nguyễn Văn Quyết - Ủy viên Trung ương Đảng, Bí thư Tỉnh ủy Tây Ninh, Trưởng đoàn công tác tỉnh Tây Ninh;
- Ông Ngô Hướng Nam - Đại sứ Đặc mệnh toàn quyền nước CHXHCN Việt Nam tại Vương quốc Hà Lan;
- Cùng đại diện các cơ quan ngoại giao, hiệp hội, doanh nghiệp và nhà đầu tư tại Hà Lan.


Theo thỏa thuận, Hùng Nhơn và De Heus sẽ phối hợp triển khai các giải pháp chuyển đổi năng lượng xanh, giảm phát thải khí nhà kính và phát triển chuỗi nông nghiệp bền vững tại Việt Nam; trong đó tập trung sử dụng năng lượng sạch, thúc đẩy sản xuất tuần hoàn, tái sử dụng phụ phẩm chăn nuôi, mở rộng diện tích cây xanh, kiểm kê phát thải và từng bước thay thế nhiên liệu hóa thạch vào năm 2036, hướng tới mục tiêu Net Zero 2050.

This MOU opens a more comprehensive phase of cooperation between Hung Nhon and De Heus, reaffirming the commitment of Hung Nhon – De Heus and its partners to developing green, modern, and sustainable agriculture, while contributing to strengthening international resources for Tay Ninh in high-tech agricultural development.
