Thuy Thao Broiler Farm Awarded GlobalG.A.P. Certification

HANOI – At 9:00 AM on June 22, 2018, in Hanoi, Control Union, an international certification body, officially presented the GlobalG.A.P. certification to Thuy Thao Broiler Farm, a part of Hung Nhon Group.

This momentous occasion marked Thuy Thao Broiler Farm as the first chicken farm in Vietnam to achieve this prestigious certification, highlighting its commitment to stringent international standards in agricultural production.

Hung Nhon Group Achieves GlobalG.A.P. Certification with 100% Compliance

To earn this prestigious certification, Hung Nhon Group meticulously met 349 GlobalG.A.P. standards. This included achieving 100% compliance with 178 "Major Must" criteria, adhering to at least 95% of the 124 "Minor Must" criteria, and implementing 47 "Recommendation" guidelines. Notably, Hung Nhon Group achieved 100% compliance with all criteria set by the representative of Control Union, the international certification body in Vietnam.

To secure global quality assurance with GlobalG.A.P. certification, Hung Nhon had to implement a rigorous and highly optimized operational control system. Hung Nhon Farm established a comprehensive food safety inspection and monitoring system that spans the entire process, from preparation to sales. This includes:

• Farm preparation
• Breeding stock (from Bel Ga)
• Feed (from De Heus)
• Veterinary medicine (from Reep, Nanovet)
• Disease safety checks
• Biosecurity during the rearing process
• Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in chicken farming
• Pre-sale testing
• Slaughtering procedures

Every step is fully traceable, with data updated and stored on cloud technology (Industry 4.0). The Group also boasts a team of experienced consultants and staff in the livestock industry, further ensuring their high standards.
