A NEW BEGINNING – CONNECTING STRENGTHS, ALIGNING VISIONS

Dear Valued Partners, Valued Customers, and all Employees of Hung Nhon Group,

With the aim of providing a comprehensive overview of the high-tech agricultural ecosystem, Hung Nhon Group officially launches Hung Nhon News – an official communication channel accompanying the Group’s sustainable development journey. Beyond capturing key milestones, the newsletter also serves as a strategic bridge, offering a holistic view of Hung Nhon Group’s dynamic progress on the agricultural landscape of Vietnam and the world.

PUBLICATION SCHEDULE: The newsletter will be published regularly at the beginning of each month, featuring a complete recap of the Group’s key highlights from the previous month, along with updates on notable domestic and international agricultural economic news.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Announcement of the 2026–2036 Development Strategy: Total investment capital increased to VND 18,300 billion (March 10, 2026)
• Strategic partnership signing with TTC Energy, De Heus, and Bel Ga (March 23, 2026)
• Working sessions with leaders of Gia Lai and Tay Ninh provinces: On March 11, a high-level delegation from Gia Lai visited the DHN Gia Lai High-Tech Livestock Project; on March 25, in Tay Ninh, Chairman Le Van Han chaired a working session with De Heus and Hung Nhon Group.
• Participation in the National Livestock & Veterinary Conference in Hanoi: On March 27, Mr. Nguyen Trung Minh, Deputy General Director, attended the first national conference.
• Participation in Gia Lai Investment Promotion Conference: On March 28, Mr. Vu Manh Hung attended alongside De Heus, joining the province’s USD 33 billion investment flow.
• Participation in Thanh Hoa Investment Promotion Conference: On March 29, Mr. Nguyen Trung Minh attended the 2026 conference chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

• Donation of 50 houses in Can Tho (VND 3 billion): On March 26, the DHN Charity Fund donated 50 houses to disadvantaged families under a program led by Minister Tran Duc Thang.
• Donation of 6 houses in Thuan Loi, Dong Nai (VND 600 million): On March 27, Hung Nhon Group donated 6 houses to local families in need.

HUNG NHON PEOPLE

• Hung Nhon Internal Training 2026 – “Connecting Strengths – Aligning Visions”: Held on March 3, the event served as an “energy recharge station,” strengthening connection with the Group’s core values and future direction.
• International Women’s Day (March 8): Office: Celebrated on March 6 in Ho Chi Minh City with flowers and a warm atmosphere; Factories & Farms: The celebration spread across the entire Hung Nhon system.

DOMESTIC AGRICULTURAL ECONOMY

• Administrative reform in land management: Decision No. 1026/QD-BNNMT issued on March 27 enhances transparency in agricultural land resources.
• National Criteria for New Rural Development (2026–2030): New framework replaces the “one-size-fits-all” approach with modern rural commune standards.
• Legal framework for high-tech agriculture: A new Decree is being developed to align with the High-Tech Law (effective July 1, 2026).
• Economic–technical strategy 2026–2030: Production processes will be standardized to meet global market demands.
• Integrated land data system: 106 million land plots nationwide are being digitized for real-time management.
• Vietnam’s agricultural exports reach record levels: March exports increased 47.8%; Q1 total reached nearly USD 16.7 billion.

INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL ECONOMY

• Agri Vietnam 2026: A major international exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City focusing on smart agriculture and ESG.
• VietAgros 2026: An agriculture and aquaculture fair in the Mekong Delta promoting sustainable value chains.
• FAO Food Price Index rebounds: Global prices increased by 0.9% after five months of decline.
• USDA delegation visits Vietnam: A meeting on March 25 to strengthen bilateral agricultural cooperation.
