[Recap] CafeTalk "Síp Chuyện": Human resource management through empathy

On the morning of April 14th at the Ho Chi Minh City office, the Cafe Talk event "Síp Chuyện", paired with the "Happiness RADAR" survey, took place in an open, enthusiastic, and deeply reflective atmosphere.

Every piece of feedback—from positive evaluations to the personal concerns and challenges of each employee—was objectively and respectfully acknowledged.

Chairman Vu Manh Hung also shared his candid thoughts through direct dialogue with the staff. With a deep sense of empathy, he provided guidance and directives to resolve the difficulties faced by employees at Hung Nhon, driven by the desire to cultivate an efficient and happy work environment.

This Cafe Talk model, initiated at the HCMC office, will be replicated across other branches in Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, and beyond, ensuring that every member throughout the entire system is heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
