The conference to announce the Tay Ninh Provincial Master Plan was organized to inform all levels of government, sectors, the business community, and the public about the plan, enabling its effective implementation. It also served to introduce and promote the province's potential, advantages, and development orientations. A key objective was to attract large-scale capital and advanced, modern technology from domestic and international investors into the province, thereby fostering rapid, comprehensive, and sustainable local socio-economic development.
Tay Ninh's Ambitious Development Goals and Breakthrough
Regarding its goals, Tay Ninh strives to become a dynamically developing, civilized locality with a high quality of life by 2030, well-adapted to climate change, making it a desirable destination and a great place to live. By 2050, Tay Ninh aims to be a province with an economy driven by clean industry and high-tech agriculture, with thriving commerce and tourism, serving as an international trade gateway for the Southeast region and the entire country.
To achieve these ambitious goals, the Provincial Master Plan identifies seven development breakthroughs:
- Infrastructure development
- Human resource development
- Institutional reform
- Small and medium-sized enterprise development
- Sustainable development: Green Tay Ninh
- Tourism development
- Service economy development
Mr. Vu Manh Hung, Chairman of Hung Nhon Group's Board of Directors and a prominent enterprise with numerous significant projects in Tay Ninh, delivered a presentation at the conference. According to Mr. Hung, Tay Ninh possesses the three essential elements of "favorable sky, advantageous land, and harmonious people" (thiên thời, địa lợi, nhân hoà). He highlighted that agriculture in the province is developing towards a value chain approach, emphasizing quality and efficiency to meet international standards for market expansion, and enhancing performance and profitability through the strong application of advanced technology.
Mr. Hung stated that Hung Nhon Group consistently considers Tay Ninh a top priority in its development strategy. "To demonstrate our determination and professionalism, Phase 1 of the project commenced groundbreaking just one month after signing the Memorandum of Understanding with Tay Ninh province," he noted.
"Now, after more than 10 months of construction and completion, we are proud to announce that on May 19th, we will hold the inauguration ceremony for the 'DHN Tay Ninh High-Tech Livestock Farming Area,' the groundbreaking ceremony for 7 simultaneous key projects within the DHN Tay Ninh high-tech agricultural complex chain, the recognition ceremony for the disease-free zone in Tay Ninh province, and the announcement of our plan to export poultry to the Halal market," Mr. Hung shared.
Hung Nhon Group's direction in building high-value, high-tech agricultural value chains aligns perfectly with the Prime Minister's approved Tay Ninh Provincial Master Plan for 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
Committed to its mission of developing agriculture through value chains, Hung Nhon has partnered with De Heus Group to create a closed-loop "farm-to-table" value chain. This comprehensive system includes animal feed and nutrition production, farm construction and equipment, livestock and poultry farming, slaughtering and food processing, veterinary medicine and vaccines, organic fertilizers, and sustainable waste treatment solutions for livestock. "The value chain we're building is estimated to generate billions of USD in revenue by 2030," Mr. Hung affirmed.
thời kỳ 2021-2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2050.
All projects that Hung Nhon has implemented and is currently implementing in the Central Highlands and Tay Ninh apply 100% high technology in accordance with international standards from the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. Additionally, these projects incorporate environmentally friendly and energy-saving measures in organic farming and livestock breeding, meeting the technical standards and regulations of Vietnam and specialized international organizations.
