- A remarkable European mission: Hung Nhon, De Heus, Bel Gà, Big Dutchman, and Boehringer Ingelheim accompanied the Tay Ninh provincial leadership delegation in investment and trade promotion activities in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

HIGHLIGHTED ACTIVITIES
- Hung Nhon Group Accompanies the Tay Ninh Provincial Leadership Delegation on an Investment and Trade Promotion Mission in Europe (June 16–27, 2026)
From June 16 to 27, 2026, Hung Nhon Group accompanied the Tay Ninh provincial delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet – Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee. The delegation also included Ms. Nguyen Dai Thy – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Huynh Van Son – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of departments and agencies; and representatives of the local business community. The delegation visited and worked in three European countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
In the Kingdom of Belgium:
- Hung Nhon – De Heus Accompanies Tay Ninh Provincial Leaders on a Courtesy Visit to the Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium (June 17, 2026):
As part of the European mission led by Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet – Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Hung Nhon and De Heus joined the delegation in paying a courtesy visit to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Kingdom of Belgium, concurrently accredited to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Head of the Vietnamese Mission to the European Union.
- Hung Nhon – De Heus – Bel Gà Accompanies Tay Ninh at the Investment and Trade Promotion Conference in Belgium (June 19, 2026):
On the afternoon of June 19 in Brussels, Hung Nhon – De Heus – Bel Gà accompanied the Tay Ninh provincial delegation to attend the Tay Ninh Investment Promotion Conference in Belgium. At the event, a representative of Bel Gà highlighted that the integrated value chain has invested and is currently implementing projects in Tay Ninh, while reaffirming the direction of continuing to expand cooperation, develop high-tech agriculture, and build a sustainable livestock value chain in the locality.
In the Kingdom of the Netherlands:
- Hung Nhon Joins the Tay Ninh Delegation in Working at Royal De Heus Headquarters (June 22, 2026):
The Tay Ninh provincial delegation and Hung Nhon Group visited and held a working session at Royal De Heus headquarters in Ede. The meeting recognized the sustainable partnership between Hung Nhon and De Heus, while reaching a shared orientation on expanding investment, building disease-free zones, and developing sustainable high-tech agriculture in Tay Ninh.
- Hung Nhon and the Tay Ninh Provincial Delegation Pay a Courtesy Visit to the Vietnamese Ambassador to the Netherlands (June 23, 2026):
The delegation paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Ngo Huong Nam – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The meeting focused on orientations to promote cooperation between Tay Ninh and Dutch businesses in high-tech agriculture, logistics, renewable energy, and the circular economy.
- Hung Nhon – De Heus Signs MOU on Green Transformation Toward Net Zero 2050 (June 23, 2026):
At the Tay Ninh Investment Promotion Conference in the Netherlands, Hung Nhon and De Heus signed an MOU on green transformation cooperation toward Net Zero 2050 for the 2026–2036 period. The cooperation focuses on clean energy, emissions reduction, circular production, and the replacement of fossil fuels by 2036.
In the Federal Republic of Germany:
- Hung Nhon – Big Dutchman – Boehringer Ingelheim Attend the Investment and Trade Promotion Conference with the Support of the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany (June 25, 2026):
The delegation paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Nguyen Dac Thanh – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the Federal Republic of Germany. The Ambassador highly appreciated Tay Ninh Province and Vietnamese enterprises’ investment and trade promotion activities in Europe, while expressing his expectation that cooperation with German corporations would promote technology transfer, enhance production capacity, and expand export opportunities for Vietnamese agriculture.
- Hung Nhon – Big Dutchman Signs MOU to Implement Projects in Tay Ninh with a Total Value of EUR 100 Million (June 25, 2026):
At the Tay Ninh Investment Promotion Conference in Germany, Hung Nhon Group and Big Dutchman AG signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation for the 2026–2036 period, with a total projected value of EUR 100 million, equivalent to VND 3.015 trillion, for high-tech livestock farming projects in Tay Ninh. The event also marked 20 years of partnership between Hung Nhon and Big Dutchman.

- Tay Ninh Leaders Review the Progress of DHN Tay Ninh 2 Project (June 1, 2026):
A working delegation of Tay Ninh provincial leaders, led by Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet – Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee – visited and worked at DHN Tay Ninh 2 Complex. The delegation acknowledged the project’s implementation progress toward operation from early 2027, contributing to sustainable high-tech agricultural development in the locality.
- DHN Tay Ninh 2, One of Southeast Asia’s Largest Broiler Farming Complexes, Officially Commences Operations (June 10, 2026)
DHN Tay Ninh 2 officially welcomed its first batch of chickens, marking an important milestone in bringing into practical operation one of Southeast Asia’s leading high-tech broiler farming complexes in Tay Ninh. With a designed capacity of 5 million broilers per year and a total floor area of more than 74,000 square meters, DHN Tay Ninh 2 aims to contribute to realizing the goal of positioning Tay Ninh as a leading livestock farming hub in Southeast Asia.
- Olmix – Boehringer Ingelheim Donates Vaccine Cold Storage Facility (June 10, 2026):
DHN Tay Ninh 2 received the handover of a vaccine cold storage facility donated by Olmix and Boehringer Ingelheim. This reflects the practical support of strategic partners in enhancing farm operation capacity, helping ensure proper vaccine storage conditions, standardize animal care procedures, and strengthen biosafety throughout the farming process.
- Hung Nhon – De Heus Discusses High-tech Livestock Cooperation Opportunities with Angola (June 19, 2026):
Mr. Isaac Francisco Maria dos Anjos, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Angola, held a working session with the Hung Nhon – De Heus delegation led by Mr. Weera Phongphit. The two sides discussed the closed-loop high-tech livestock farming model, as well as the potential for field surveys, investment, and technical transfer in Angola.
- Hung Nhon – De Heus Accompanies Angola’s Minister of Agriculture and Forestry in Can Tho (June 20, 2026):
As part of the working visit to Vietnam, the Angolan delegation led by Mr. Isaac Francisco Maria dos Anjos – Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Angola – visited the De Heus Can Tho Aquafeed Factory at Tra Noc Industrial Park. The visit helped the Angolan delegation gain deeper insights into the modern production model of Hung Nhon – De Heus.
- Hung Nhon Delivers Presentation at the Dak Lak Investment Promotion Conference 2026 (June 26–27, 2026):
Within the framework of the Dak Lak Provincial Planning Announcement and Investment Promotion Conference 2026, Hung Nhon Group was one of the two outstanding enterprises selected to deliver a presentation on the development of a high-tech livestock value chain. This continued to affirm Hung Nhon’s commitment to accompanying Dak Lak in developing modern and sustainable agriculture.
THE PEOPLE OF HUNG NHON
- Technical Training for the Operation Team at DHN Tay Ninh 2 (June 10, 2026):
On the occasion of welcoming the first batch of chickens at DHN Tay Ninh 2, Hung Nhon – De Heus, in collaboration with Olmix and Boehringer Ingelheim, organized technical training for the operation team. The program aimed to improve animal care capacity, disease prevention, and biosafety in livestock farming for employees directly involved in farm production.
- Cafe Talk 2: Spreading the Spirit of Connection and Building the Happiness Index at Hung Nhon (June 12, 2026):
On the morning of June 12, at the Ho Chi Minh City office, Hung Nhon Group organized Cafe Talk No. 2 under the theme “Building the Happiness Index – Connecting for Sustainable Development.” The event created a space for the Board of Directors and employees to exchange development orientations, digitalization spirit, and workforce capability enhancement. It also included the announcement of new personnel appointments and a birthday celebration for employees born in May and June.
DOMESTIC AGRICULTURAL ECONOMY
- Government Issues Decree No. 204/2026/ND-CP to Strengthen Veterinary Management (June 11, 2026): The Government issued Decree No. 204/2026/ND-CP on administrative penalties in the veterinary sector, strengthening sanctions to control disease risks, ensure biosafety, and enhance the legal responsibility of farms and enterprises.
- Government Issues Decree No. 211/2026/ND-CP on Livestock Safety (June 16, 2026): The Government issued Decree No. 211/2026/ND-CP, effective from August 5, 2026, to tighten biosafety and control the quality of livestock farming inputs, with maximum fines of VND 100 million for individuals and VND 200 million for violating organizations.
INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL ECONOMY
- China Shifts Livestock Focus from Increasing Output to Improving Efficiency (June 2026): China’s new agricultural modernization plan prioritizes efficiency, profitability, and reduced dependence on imported feed ingredients. Notably, China has set a target to reduce feed use at large-scale farms by 7% by 2030 compared with 2023.

Tay Ninh, August 28, 2026 – As part of the Tay Ninh 2026 Investment Promotion Conference, the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee held a ceremony to acknowledge the investment interest of 41 corporations in 59 projects, with total proposed investment capital of approximately VND 720 trillion, equivalent to US$28 billion.
