On the morning of August 28, the Dutch Business Association Vietnam (DBAV), led by Mr. Wietse Mutters, Chairman of DBAV and Managing Director of HEINEKEN Vietnam, paid a courtesy visit to the leaders of Tay Ninh Province.
During the meeting, Mr. Wietse Mutters said that the Dutch business community highly values Tay Ninh’s development potential and the investment opportunities the province is opening up. With its connectivity to Ho Chi Minh City, the Mekong Delta and Cambodia, together with its transportation and logistics infrastructure, industrial land and resources for production, Tay Ninh is becoming one of the localities attracting growing interest from Dutch businesses.
According to Mr. Wietse Mutters, Tay Ninh’s efforts to accelerate infrastructure, industrial and logistics development are creating more favorable conditions for Dutch businesses to explore and expand their investment, production and business activities in the province.
Against the backdrop of cooperation between Vietnam and the Netherlands, Mr. Wietse Mutters emphasized that De Heus and Hung Nhon are exemplary models of a comprehensive partnership in sustainable agriculture between the two countries.
Both companies are active members of DBAV and have gradually developed a high-tech agricultural ecosystem, creating connections across animal feed production, breeding stock, livestock farming, processing and other activities throughout the value chain.
Mr. Wietse Mutters noted that the cooperation model between De Heus and Hung Nhon demonstrates significant potential for connecting the resources, technology and expertise of Dutch businesses with Vietnam’s production capabilities, market and development conditions.
